I have seen a lot of this kind of malleable and cast iron in the Ground Mole shop being repaired or having carbide welded on the edge. The crude uses of square headed fasteners of peg type and even making gears out of cast iron guaranteed that even with big sizes and heavy weight there was going to be a lot of repair. The dawn of engineering that saw hydraulics introduce a new standard to the blacksmithing trade.

Unlike some of your commentors I have not a clue about farm equipment. I do however love the contrast between the old rusting implement and the grass (which it would have cut or plowed up?), and the greenery all fusing together. An excellent capture for sure.
