Though I have no idea what it means (lol) the first thought that came to mind was "get'n jiggy with it" from a song whose title I don't know but would guess might be the same. As for the next thought well, I have a thing for boots anyway so I'll let you fill in that thought (~o*)/ An excellent work of art!
