Painted in Dogwaffle using the mouse pen (aka Wacom tablet)
If you look at the full view, especially near the bottom where it's lighter, you can probably see that this appears to have been painted on real paper. Just another fun Dogwaffle feature!

That does look like it is painted on real paper. I used to do a little water color painting and that looks like the paper. very beautiful image. nice job
