Description
This is a funny little story. I was taking pictures with my husband along the Columbia river when we saw this peligan. The funny thing is we were about 250 miles from the ocean. The picture is a little fuzzy but he was way out in the river. It is the first one that I have ever seen. I was amazed how big he was. look at him compared to the seagull. Anyway I hope everyone likes him. Lizzi
