Description

I was surprised I actually got him to stare straight at me. When I first got near there, he was acting lazy and basically falling asleep. I somehow got him to look directly at me and took this shot. What a beautiful animal! Thanks for all your comments! -Rachael aka orangeweezel

The king does look great. great shot. Out here in Colorado, at our Denver zoo, a zoo emplyee was just killed within the last few days. It was a cat that did it, I think it was a jaguar. It's really quite amazing these animals don't get out of their cages. If you've ever seen one move out in the wild, you'd have to believe they could stick their claws right into the rough areas of the concrete and book out... Ever see a squirl climb a stucko building - that's what I'm talk'n about.

Very good capture, and you sure did manage to get his attention. I should invite you to come and capture them in the wild too.
