Extremely realistic...Love the expression! The gel reminds me of the BLOB, which was filmed right here in my hometown (the original with Steve McQueen, not the remake).

The hand looks completely realistic. I don't know if this is just on my screen, but I think there might be a little line starting at about the ring finger. maybe airbrush or blur it away
