Description

I piece of bark from a tree in the cloudy climate in the Princess of Wales Conservatory. Any thoughts, I really loved the texture, I want to know if I've showed it off enough.

love the texture too. this is a very well looking piece here. make you wonder how it urn to stone instead of rotten away like we see today woods.

Very interesting! The postwork treatment is well done! However I feel that the eye is drawn away from the textures...

It does show off very well, excellent post work. Regarding Klaus's comment: could it be the lighter out of focus part along the edge of the bark, almost in the center of the display?

Yeah it's good like this for me. I like the way it diagonals across.I think anymore showing might make it kind of boring. This way it sort of keeps me looking.
