Description

A simple portrait of Kohji. Last night I started playing in P7 face room just to see if I could do a complete face texture there and this is the result. I did have to do a bit of touch-up around the neck in Photoshop but the face is untouched. Background and frame are made in Photoshop with filters and brushes.

Dear Helen, I think the touch up around the neck is the "nature of the beast." I've read where several people had problems with the seam area there. Maybe they will have fixed it in this first Service Release. You texture really turned out nice - as did his face as a whole!!!! It really looks very realistic!!! I need to find some time to play with that myself!!! We've got something a little similar at work we use at times when we need to include a particular person in an animation. We still end up with a lot of hand tweaking!!! Very excellent work!!!!!! A quick update - I passed my checkride on the Citation X!!!! WOO-HOO!!!!!!! But I had a REALLY crummy trip home. I got a ride on a CJ2 to Addison (Dallas) but then couldnt get to San Antonio. My stupid flight manuals were the problem! Southwest wanted a LOT of money to carry them as they were WAY over the baggage allowance!!! I finally got a ride in a Lear back to SA. To find a dead car battery - and then drove 200 miles back to Houston!!! Its been a LONG two days!!!!! Ill be catching up on stuff at Renderosity the rest of the weekend!!!!!!! Love ya!!!
