Lovely, as always! A magnificent POV, wonderful colors and light. Interesting to note the variety of colors in the birds, sugesting harmony in variety (at least for me). The ground texture is great too.

Composition and color is great in this one. Super attention to detail. It really JUMPS out at you. Only issue for me is the tilting of the horizon makes it look like the church is not level, and the steeple tilted. While horizontal lines vanish to horizon vanishing points, vertical lines typically go straight up (or vanish to 3rd point which has perpendicular symmetry). I've found PhotoSig.com to be a great place to hone up on composition in Photography, not to mention a valuable source for new ideas.
