Description

This piece was not planned. Painted in ArtRage, it began as the beginning of a forest scene. The autumn leaves began to become something else...and then the eye emerged under the palette knife. I was surprised by eye and what it meant to me. And as a child I danced like it was 1999 My dreams were wild The promise of this new world Would be mine Now I am throwing off the carelessness of youth To listen to an inconvenient truth... I am not an island I am not alone I am my intentions Trapped here in this flesh and bone written by Melissa Etheridge
