Yeah, really looks like a seduction. In fact I just read that the vampire myth started off with male outsiders who were banned from their villages and took revenge by returning in the shadow of the night and assaulting young women of the village community in their bedrooms at night. Initially it was obviously rather a matter of adding body liquids to the victim than extracting it but who cares about such little details ;o)
