Description

This is my first Vue:X-Stream picture. It is Act 2 of the ballet Giselle. In it Giselle is a young maiden who dies of unrequited love. Those who commit this romantic suicide come back as Wili's who are led by their queen-Myrtha. They lie in wait for men who visit their graves and make them dance to their deaths in revenge. In this scene Giselle is protecting her former boyfriend Albrecht from Myrtha and the Wili's. It is just Vue with Poser characters and some LightWave props as I have not yet figured out the 'x-stream' part of Vue. Albrecht is M3 with Noushka's Russel character and DAZ's Poet Shirt by Lourdes Mercado. Giselle in front of him is Salome from Thorne and Sarsa. Her tutu is A3 Ballet by Littlefox and Capsces.with Land of Sweets Textures by Secretheart and Sarsa. Myrtha on the right is Mazl's Brainsucker.Hair is Elfdance by Goldtassel and SWAM.It has Elfdance shades by Outoftouch. The tutu is Samildanach's Black and White. The Wili's in back are Thorne and Sarsa's Sylfie and Daio's Cameo. Their tutu is Degas Ballet by MAB and Will Dupre. Starfield is from C3d by Philippe Bouyer.Trees from Realms of Art Forest Plants Bundle by Tony Meszares.

Nice work! Only suggestions I would make for improvement are that Giselle's texture seems a bit too shiny, particularly compared to the rest of the picture, and maybe Myrtha's dress could be smoothed out a bit, the connections between the skirt and the back are very abrupt.

Hmm. Came out very nice, and give a real feeling of stage and ballet, however, you may not have needed X-stream to do this. My last few images are all LW/Vue and even Vue 5 inf accepts LW objects well enough, and I was assured by the e-on folks, who actually tried some of my downloads, that Vue 6 (inf and Easel) both import LW objects as well as ever.

The who scene is beautiful but the expression on the girl is outstanding.
