This is absolutely, positively fantastic and fabulous. It looks like something you'd buy on one of those fantasy posters I had plastered all over my apartments when I was younger, and single.

I agree with flashone - this is a lot like the work of Boris Vallejo, most notably in the textures of the dino's knee and tail and in the sky. Nicely done.

To me this looks almost similar to renderings done using softimage3d (on the website). The fact that it's rendered in poser is just amazing. Excellent render.
