Description

Again my little Lama model. Flying over the Alps. It's very difficult to deal with a realistic motion blur while keeping a 'cool' render time. This picture took about 2 hours to render with poor user defined render options. After converting in JPG format, some details are destroyed in a not so beautiful bluring ... But soon I'll try to make an short anmation. This is why I test many render options.

Beautiful and very realistic. I do not think 2 hours is much for this kind of quality. Is it possible to use distributed rendering using a renderfarm with Vue Esprit? - then that would be a way to go. Or maybe render your motionblur in post with a application like Combustion (if Vue can export in the right format?). Excellent stuff

WOW, I even can hear the hammering of the rotors. Wait, I hear it really - a helicopter flying by! :-)))) Nah, seriously. I have no words for this amount of realism you achieve so often. As here. Breathtaking!

I think the motion blue actually works better in Lama 2. One definitely gets the impression of movement here; Lama 1 seemed perhaps to be moving slowly or hovering. FIVE STARS
