Very cool shot! Wonderful textures and a sharp focus. i'm a little confused and drawn from the main subject by what looks like some sort of translucent object above his eye (and obviously behind him)... that isnt the smoke trailing off is it?

That thing above the eyes is his elbow,he's lying on his hand,I wasn't sure about it too,but I was a bit bored to remove it :)
