Description


I took this picture in 2005, on our way to Miami. The pilot said we were flying over Jacksonville, so I took this picture. It was my first time flying.

Gotta say it looks more like Jacksonville beach heading south towards St.Augustine as I can see the Intercoastal waterway, anyway I DO love aerial shot though, I wish I could do balloning again so I could get some high shot's. I'd love to see more, we live outside of Jacksonville.

I think I see a few golf courses scattered between the houses and condos. The only thing I can think of is how vulnerable it all is, being built on a barrier island like that. Front row seat for the next hurricane!
