Description

More of the scifi stuff. I found the base for this one a few days ago cleaning my harddrive, and was actually about to throw it away, but decided to bring it into Photoshop and see if i could make some use of it. The ground is a C4D model and the rest is done in Photoshop. Hope you enjoy.

Excellent work. You managed to get rid of the symmetry (and thus of the kitch) by adding slight changes - so the composition is saved. Otherwise nothing much to comment - reminds me (only a little bit) of some of Gary Tonge's works, mainly the Sentinel and the Serenity and I like it. Thank you for making my day by another great illustration and keep up with the great work...

Brilliant work. It has a very cinematographic feel to it... any minute now the credits are going to start scrolling up as the screen fades to black.

Habitation domes? One sophont's trash is truly another's treasure. I've seen many a similar structure in the Frontier Worlds. Though lacking the overwhelming level of detail of many of your newer works, this is still very a powerful image, the balance of symmetry and color make it so. FIVE STARS

It was that critical moment in the life of the city. The chaos of business screaming around the Capitol was yeilding to catch it's breath. There was just somthing magically odd about this half hour. All of life within it's spires and sewers for hundreds of years literally paused for that moment. The empire builders were home; the criminals were holed up from the law, plotting; and John Q. Common Man was finishing dinner. The "night shift" was approaching.... See? Don't throw anything away. How much more gets derived from one person's work. Thanks for letting us feed off of you. :-)

Beautiful! That's way better than my Towers of Korune! Glad you didn't throw it away. Preserve that file forever in case your grandkids and great-grandkids enjoy them someday!

Your composites draw my right inside. I can't help but imagine what would it be like to be there. Awsome composite. I wonder what the city life would be like deep inside the base....I wonder?
