BIO Hi, My name is Jeff Hindmarsh....I'm 57 yrs of age and I live in the city of my birth...Newcastle upon tyne (North East England)...From the age of sixteen I spent 23 yrs here, there & everywhere as a Merchant Seaman...I have now returned home and spend most of my time with my wife Tee (resa) ....After dabbling in pencil, ink & watercolor for most of my life I have now found my spiritual home in the world of Digital Art......I use several different programs including("Mojoworld"..."Photoshop CS6"..."ZBrush"..."Xenodream"..."Shade 7" & "Poser " ) to produce my final images which I think of as "scenic"...Fantasy (with an otherworldy twist) & some "abstract" work.... Thanks for viewing, Enjoy, Jeff.....(Jaybeeh).

Hey Jeff welcome to the world of mojo math. I used the same method on Prutzcity using min & max blends with 1D fractals...one of which is rotated thru 90. Nice industrial shot :) Continue withthis method ITS ENDLESS & mix it up a bit with some non mojomath & you can get some great results :) Most of my last set of texture tests use this method & variances thereof, by applying the same textures to colours using the (import node from) :-)

Whoa!...Thanks for the ultra-quick comments folks.....Hey Woz,nice one mate...I think your comments may help me a great deal...I've been trying to figure out how I got to this stage as I started with a planet from my collection of "unfinished WIP's"...it was one of my early attempts at cracking the FG's and to tell the truth I do'nt have a clue how I got those lines...the FG's are still beyond my comprehension...so here we go again, I'm going to see if I can make sense of it in light of your comments(I mean hey man the FG in question only has about five nodes..one of which is a "rotate node" so why can't I grasp it????).....^_^...Crazy!!

Pretty interesting structure of pipes, nice work!!

Fantastic experimenting ! This gives me all sorts of ideas too. Great image too JB. It reminds me of something from Aliens, the style that is.

Looks a bit like an oil refinery or tank farm floor. I do know that all the pipes are of just such a height you have to consciously slow down and step over them or bang your shin solidly. It may be a summary of "centripetally cropped" image boundaries seamlessly tiring the memory. Wearing down the ability to resist the way memorable can take over memory. But then it may not.

Really great! This would look even cooler if it was possible to illuminate it with Global Illumination in this render...maybe if the terrain was exported and rendered in POVRAY or Vue, and rendered with radiosity.

for Mojoworld, this is different..great work.

Truly remarkable surface, great job of doing whatever you did here! This shows the depth of the program with the right control and some clever Ideas!
