To all of my mother's Renderosity friends:
It saddens me to no end to tell you that my mother, Mina, passed on May 31st, from endometrial cancer. She is survived by my father, Roger, and myself. I apologize for not letting you all know sooner, but her passing has left me with a broken heart and it is very hard to write this, even now. I don't suppose there will ever come a time that it will be easier.
I know how much she loved you all, how much it meant to her to have met such wonderful people, and how much it meant to her to create & share her art with you. I am leaving her work here for a while, as tribute to her, her beauty, her talent & her love.
Brightest Blessings to you all!
Heather
 Mina's daughter
Thanks to all for stopping by and hope you enjoy your visit.

"I get out my work and have a show for myself before I have it publicly.
I make up my own mind about how good or bad or indifferent it is.
After that the critics can write what they please.
I have already settled it for myself so flattery
and criticism go down the same drain and I am quite free.

When do you sleep? Or eat? :) It seems, you are creating great art non-stop! :) Thanks for the interesting facts and the beautiful image! Take care! Ralf

Wow...I got so wrapped up in your link I almost forgot about your upload. Firstly, I love the image and thanx for the info on the horse latitudes. And LOL you are right. It makes no sense that starving sailors would throw animals overboard that they could eat. Something is definately 'off' there. As to your link...OMG!I am beyond shocked! I had not heard a word about this, but now that I have, I am soooooooooooooooooooooo disgusted. I can't believe more isn't being done about this. Thank you for informing us about this travesty, Mina. The more who know, the more it will hopefully bring about change. Sigh.
