Description

After waiting out this long winter, with all it's storms and hard times for many of us, I was delighted to come upon this wonderful spring scene. I'd like to thank everyone for all your wonderful support and encouragement, it really means a lot to me... please enjoy... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ some springtime quotes... Listen, can you hear it? Spring's sweet cantata. The strains of grass pushing through the snow. The song of buds swelling on the vine. The tender timpani of a baby robin's heart. Spring. Although our spring is rather subtle the signs are here also. So kewl that mother nature continues to renew it'self each spring no matter how harsh the winter is. A really pretty shot here Akemi, a sure sign for sure!! Aloha~

Yes, after quite a bit of snow here a few weeks ago, it has warmed up a lot & we're seeing buds & shoots starting to sprout. And dozens of ladybugs are somehow finding their way into our house. We've been gently scooping them up & placing them outside, but they keep coming back. Nice crisp photo...

Indeed, it's always so wonderful for the winter-weary soul to see the beginnings of spring. It's my favorite time of year. Lovely capture, Akemi. The colors and the quality of this are just beautiful. I can imagine how thrilled you must be to see this particular winter come to an end. You guys really had it rough. But good times are ahead!
