Description
This one requires a little explanation. When we see muscular, sweaty guys on TV, they are supposed to be sexy. A girl of this era, though (at least of the social class apparent from her outfit), would usually find him quite disgusting. You see that in her expression.
Never the less, the image seems romantic to us - it has a "princess and stable boy" quality. So my true intent with the image is to illustrate the cultural distance between now and then. Hope you get that :-)
