Description
Okay I lied, it's not a river. It's Pratt Street in Baltimore City after Hurricane Isobela hit in 2003. I was going through some archived shots and brought this one back for memory sake. I'll post two more in the next two days. Anyone familiar with Baltimore, Maryland will remember.

I do not know your city but have experience with floods in Texas and Oklahoma. no fun no matter where they are. excellent capture

Looks like the stop lights are for canal traffic. All that water and the electricity is still on. Nice.
