My 3d experience began about a year ago with poser but quickly shifted to cinema4d, with which I've been struggling since to get the hang of it :)
Amongst playing around with 3d, I also like to collect new tattoos and play with my band NG-pro, go and look it up if you like EBM/Electro.

This is very hard to do from what I understand. I like the wrinkles around the eyes. The hair is a bit too white and the facial features are not realistic. But for a first attemt I think it is a great job. There are many tutorials on modeling a human head out there. Keep up the good work and we'll see what you end up with! :D -chachi

Yes, it is pretty tough, the basic shape isn't that hard once you get the hang of it, but to make it look realistic(same goes for the hair), pffff........ PS. I gotta thank Henno for putting in the wireframe for his scientist picture, thanks to that I figured out how to make (sort of) wrinkels :)

Yep, modelling a Head is pretty hard indeed, :-) I modelled about 10 Heads and my first looked like... well... s...! The best thing is: try to model a head from some pictures, thats the way i learned doing this. And it kinda worked...try modelling about 5 different Heads, and alway start from scratch. One of the most important parts is the Texture and the Lighting, aswell as a nice subsurfacescattering setup. that adds a lot to even the strangest headmodels :-)....keep it up its a great first attempt
