the stakes you can cut up and use as celery. the leaves you cut the sharp ends off and use as greens and the roots you dry out and roast and use as coffee. cool shot

Yes I have a lot of trouble with these in the garden but they do make great pictures. This is perfect but I'm still not going to have them in my garden if I see them first. They tend to get quite sneaky I have found and spring up where they are least expected.
