The bicycles definitely hold the upper hand on this brick street. The way the sun blasts the reluctant fog away in a winter stricken park is familiar to me in the low income areas of Washington, DC and the Peterboro section of Detroit. No new start for a small town boy there. Maybe here it would be different?
