Description
When I opened my eyes again, we and our table, chair, and benches were in a dark room filled with shadows cast by flickering torches on the dark dank stone walls. There were no windows. There was no natural light. It was some sort of crypt or dungeon. It took a moment for my eyes to adjust to the darkness although I could sense movement in the room and could hear a type of hissing and almost a slithering sound.
When I could finally see in the darkness, I gasped. Crawling on the table were snakes of all sizes. Glancing down at the floor, again I saw snakes and serpents
