Born in Hilo, Hawaii and class of '66, I became very active in Barbells, Judo and love striking the heavy/speed bag. I've learned to Rollerblade and bike ride which is a very health sport. But time doesn't stop for anyone including for me. So my good friend Dave aka punaguy got me started in taking pictures. I'm having fun taking pictures especially hiking the mountains. I'm enjoying seeing the world thru your post on Renderosity. Mahalo and Aloha....Errol

I still think you are risking a lot doing this, but it sure looks great on a photo.

Interesting what you call "ground"... I see some red glowing in that dark, glad you didn't take the chance! Awesome shot~ =)

very nice shot and a dangerous one as well.

Yikes that looks deadly. You captured a ton of fine detail in this one. At least Dave didn't drop his hard drive in one of these...
Punaguy
I agree, time for that lens....but this shot is still great...gotta work with what we brought sometimes...Aloha!

I think you are awfully brave, because this looks like a scary place to be! Beautiful shot! 8-)

Oh yes, so beautiful contrast between the lighting of the leva and the dark !!! Excellent :)

There must be a hundred thousand tourists who would pay for these shots. I know if I ever got up the courage to go on even a tame walk through these places, the awe of the scene would render my camera useless, not to mention my total lack of skill. BJ

Another brilliant catch to add to your collection!!!!!!! This is a killer shot Errol!!!!! Aloha...
