The colors on the background are awesome, looks like old parchment. Her skin tones blend well with the background colors. But I, for some reason, don't care for the tone or texture of the bikini. I'm not sure why. :)

Our poor Miss Liberty looks a bit bewildered. The nasty people in Washington have stolen her torch, and we haven't yet forced them to give it back. What a shame. Brilliant image, Bill, love that grainy effect.

I really like the style you have going on here. Beautiful lady, great work on keeping the reflection on the bikini. But most of all, I really like how the style doesn't appear to have effected the eyes, making them stand out even more.
