That is cool but where is the water coming from it is pumping?

Like those early stationary gasoline engines. Needed heavy flywheels due to misfires and erratic combustion due to inconsistent fuel delivery. The square tank above the cylender is the cooling system. the water boils off and is replaced through the opening. Can you imagine the size a steam engine doing the same work?
