Description

Another one from the beach... the tide had just retreated after coming up quite high leaving these little "pinnacles" formed by the seaweed. Rachel pointed this one out to me with the razor fish shell and the rest is... well what you see above ;) The other shot:

Now I was just looking at that thinking what wonderful DOF, but then wasn't sure if that was the right term for what I meant (beautiful clarity focussed on the ball and shell but blurred in the background!) but then I read the other comments and realised that it must be right 'cos others have mentioned it!! LOL! Anyway, yes, great shot (or was it?? Did you take a shot at the ball after you took the shot??) love the DOF and I also love the lighting, creates a lovely atmospere. xx
