Description

Wow...what can I say but 'thank you' to all my friends at Renderosity. You put me at number 9 on the Renderosity Art Charts for this week...something that I never expected...especially for a Bryce image. I've heard people say that Bryce is just a toy, not for professional use but I believe in its power and ability to create awesome art. You've all renewed my faith in this belief. Hugs!! *** I tried to paint hair after reading a tutorial. I was not very happy with it but it was the best that I could do and I think it's passable. More practice will help me get better....and maybe learning to use my tablet instead of the mouse, lol. Credits: RDNA shell helmet, Stephanie cloak with Xceiverx mat. Drew Costigan plants and free shell tubes.

The hair just below the right shoulder is spot on - looks really good, nicely detailed. Overall, the hair work is fine and is but one small component in a truly professionally executed picture. Nice work!

Holy cow Nancy. 6 pages of comments? I hate you! (not really...lol) Awesome image but then your whole gallery is awesome. I agree by the way. I've used many renderes now and Bryce is still the best in my book. Also, not bad with the hair painting. I never tried and for good reason.. I would suck at it...heheheh. Big thumbs up from Dave :^)
