Description
I used Paint Shop Pro XI for editing. First I cleaned photo with Topaz. Then I used Clarify and Sepia with PSP. Finally I used colorize with PSP. The tones were a surprise benefit of using colorize after using sepia filter. I purposely left the power lines in my shot for added emphasis on power.
