Description

I dreamt of how my tu-lips were gently placed on yours Nestled deep inside your arms Hearts beat to lover's score My chin upon your finger, you lift me to your eyes My body trembled under yours and released a passioned sigh Placed atop your sturdy stem as only you could do My tu-lips slowly opened, then blossomed just for you I dreamt of how we played in a petaled color wheel We made each one a paintbrush just to see how colors feel We finger-painted with our toes the grass, the trees, the clouds We giggled as we watched them change We sang and laughed out loud Then you held me in your arms and twirled me in a dance When I gazed into your eyes I had to take the chance As the windows opened slowly I dove into your soul I took the earth from our eyes then filled the lonely holes I planted all the colors So that only you would know Every time our tu-lips meet another Tulip grows ~~~~~

My PC now up and running I have much catching up to do. And I will be catching up on all of you. Not bad for grocery store flowers eh? Really I was waiting for Homeland Security to arrest me for taking pictures in the store! Don't know about the rest of you, but here in the NY metro area, you're not allowed to. When I finished the border, the more I looked at it the more romantic they felt. To be quite honest, I had never thought of Tulips being romantic...just goes to show, an old dog can be taught new tricks. I hope you enjoy the explosion of Spring! ~Michelle~

Wonderful array of colors - just beautiful! Maybe it's just me - but I find the frame a bit owerpowering and competing with the image.

They say that Tu-Lips are better than one and I must say that I can't disagree. I'm really looking forward to checking out your Tu-Lips in June. They will probably be in full bloom, just like mine, about then. I love your frame here (or anywhere for that matter). Anyway, a wonderful and colorful image Michelle. Same goes for the Poem, especially the part about the stem. I think a bit of cold water could prove useful about now. Kudos and Hugs from your obvious admirer.. Dave :^) Ps. Cool Avatar...lol.

Why thank you David! I guess I would have to agree, tu-lips ARE better than one. Can you imagine what it would be like trying to talk with just one? he he he...I too look forward to seeing you again. This time, don't forget your walking shoes! There is still much to see and much to do. Tis a wonderful city! And thank you on the avitar, yes it is cool. A really cute guy made it for me. Do you think he wants to read it to me so I will be scared and cuddle up to him for protection?
