Description
Well, at least I didn't clutter the joint up with a bunch of stuff.
All meshes: moi
HDRI illumination: Hand drawn series of images, assembled and messed with in HDRShop, applied to C4D sky object.
Face table: Mograph displacement deformer, using a depth map created with a falloff ambient light @ camera lens position (Poser 5 head, saved as .OBJ)
I think the HDRI illumination is a little contrasty, but as usual, I'm done when I'm so $*%& tired of the scene that I cannot bear to do another render. ;-)

This looks awesome! Lighting looks perfect to me. Idea is very good. And I know that feeling of not standing another render of the same scene! LOL

Well, I browsed your site about 3 times, trying to figure out which was my favourite, coz they're all fantastic! I had to choose this one tho, coz the humour reaaalllyyy appeals to me! haha - well done. Brilliant image!
