Nice image indeed, however the eyes seem to have a too high specularity and the face is a bit too smooth to look completely natural. The necklace also needs some better posing since it hangs in the air. I do however like the necklace/neckpiece which is really nicely made and the earpieces look wondrous aswell. Also, the background is a very nice touch, wish I could see more of it.
