Description

Working on an idea of the total destruction on a planet's surface from a shockwave from the star going nova. Needed a break since I have been non-stop (including 24 hours over last weekend) for the last two weeks on this deliverable to the client. Upgraded to MojoWorld 3.1 Std and this is the first test render on the updated render platform. T4V&C

Terrific concept and lighting. When I think of shockwave my mind thinks of waves or ripples of hot and hotter pulses, varying from white hot to merely orange hot. But - your idea works great. Thanks for sharing. Dwayne

Thanks Dwayne: I probably should have tagged it WIP as well since this is more after the wave hits. I'm still working on the pre- and during phases... thanks again!

Cool concept!!....The colors in the molten rock look excellent!....Great work!...Tip: if you blend the "molten rock" mats & the mat layer below with a fractal it would look more like it was dribbling down the hillside..^_^.
