Outstanding work! Very "painterly" in the rustic oils way. Unusual, but i can't see anything wrong! Well, maybe crop a bit less off the bottom edge? The composition is strangely dynamic and exciting for such a peaceful scene and feeling - so you keep the viewer's attention long enough for them to experience many subtle details. Perhaps that's because you aren't afraid to put strong elements very close to the edges, driving the eye toward the peaceful center?. After a relaxing rest near the center, we explore again and again toward the edges, finding more delicious sights with each excursion. This image could be on a wall for years and never grow stale.
