I found Renderosity late on in 2003 and have since become an avid viewer of the tremendous talent on display. My contribution is just pictures I've drawn, daft sketches, favorite photos (mostly of landscapes and mountain days out) and comments and laughs with other members. Thanks to all at Renderosity and to people who contribute some amazing images and ideas.

Such stunning views! I wonder what does ben mean? Is it gaelic for something? BJ

This is a very beautiful viewpoint. Very well executed. Are you still using that old Fuji camera of yours? BTW I think "Ben" is a corruption of the Gaelic "Beinn", which in turn means "mountain".

Magnificent, Anthony. I must try to recreate it in NSD4 or maybe VUE. It is 'do-able'. Talking of Ben or Beinn, have you caught those late night STV shows 'Iomall Nan Ton' ( Scotland's Islands with John Carmichael )and 'Binnein Nam Beann' ( Scotland's mountains ). Both offer stunning from-slow-flying helicopter views. The commentary is in Gaelic with English subtitles. I have recorded the ones which I have caught so far. The next one is on from 0005 to 0035 hours early on Thursday 5th of April, if you are interested. Regards, John.
