Description

I like this picture because it shows all the modes of transportation in Rochester, Mn. Starting at the bottom is the river/flood control channel, walking paths, rail road tracks, a bridge for cars/people, the sky way and of course the sky for airplanes. Rochester, Mn is only around 100,000 people, but 513,000 patients came to Mayo Clinic and there were 49,700 people working at the Mayo Clinic in 2005. Because of international patients we have an international airport with customs officals. International patients can fly directly to Rochester, Mn, instead of having to stop in N.Y. or some other international airport.
