You must let it out, no matter what! Balled up, held in only leads hard heart, bitter feeling at a later date. Think of the Dead Sea! Why is it Dead? Because water comes in, but never goes out, as a result of this scenario, the Sea that was once alive with aboundant life is now dead!!! LET IT OUT!!!!!!!!!!
