UF. An old one, for I haven't much time at the moment, sadly:-(
The more I look at this the more I am reminded of meringues and that lovely recipe for floating islands but these are in blue custard- oh well it is fractal land isan't it?

meringues...that was my first thought-meringue clouds, spinning off those beautiful vortexlike flowers...heavenly. My mom made perfect meringues!
