Hi, my name is Jackie. I'm from Fond du lac, Wisconsin, 44 years old, mother of teenagers, 1 wonderful kitty. I've been using Poser since summer of 2006. I have a love for modeling and I'm learning new stuff all the time ! I'm a bit of a computer dork, and love art, music, movies, my family, friends and pretty much life in general. Pet peeves: Drama queens =) One of my awful quirks: I am forgetful often.

Gorgeous work!

Beautiful! Although I think the shadow cast by her arms against the wings is a bit too pure black. There's also a little pixelated look along the edges her calves. Lighting matches the background very well, and such beautiful colors!

Wow! Evil or sweet? She's both! Except shadow, nothing else!

This image has beautiful colors, dramatic lighting and a lush, well integrated landscape. I love the intense expression on her face, and her body pose follows through with that intensity. Though I think the angle on her left hand might be a trifle too extreme. The wings have an upholstered look which doesn't seem fold-able, bendable or aerodynamic. I mention this mainly because you have achieved a certain other-worldly reality and the wings conflict with that impression. A very detailed and well-executed image.

Vibrant image!

Agree, very vibrant image but for me the lighting is too uniform. I usually try and pickout a key area of the image and hit it with more light and not so much with the rest of the image so that the viewer's eye goes there first. Just a thougth, light on the fairy, and lights on the background (maybe from behind the trees) but little to no light on the ground.

I really like this image. It reminds me a lot of the cover art on the more recent Patricia McKillip books.

Everything is just so beautiful! ;0) Heztia

Well you aren't about to get any negatives from me my dear artfriend...I especially love the wings, they are full of detail...the pose is beautiful, lighting is exceptional and I love that background...Keep up the great work!

Great image! I might have brought up the wing on the left to break up the straight line of the wings some, but it is a nit-pick. This is an absolutely magical image and looks wonderous, and other than the one thing, I can't think of anything else to make it look better! ^__^ V,,

complete evil. that's the feeling i get. her eyes look like she has some bad intentions and she's gonna use em. she uses beauty with the wings, seduction with the body. bam! she's got you in the trance. that's the look she has. "i got him. now i'll just..." that forest is fuckin beautiful and compliments the wings with your character so well. you're doin V4 justice and you're doin nothin wrong so i don't think you're color blind.

critique group- Nicely done - not my cup o' tea but well rendered never the less! I would be a bit more selective in the lights she is lit hard from the high left and the trees in the bkgrd are lit from high right, and tone down the shadows - could you increase the translucence of her wings?

I love how you made her feet look so natural in the grass. She's a stunning faery, beautifully done!
