"Captain Reiko." "Madam President?" "You see Captain, New earth was discovered 20 years ago. The Admiralty decided to keep it their little secrete. Seeing where the U.N. was headed to wards the one government and the one government army. Instead of disbanding the Colonial Marines as the treaty of "35" commanded, the whole outfit was moved here. Instead of scrapping all the old space Navy we transfered a few here. It is from here that you and Won will lead the human race to victory. Won is to be commander of the Colonial Marines, and you Admiral Reiko will command the New Colonial Navy. We have built everything necessary here to build, and equip the new fleet. Their are cities of thousands here that have volunteered to leave everything behind twenty years ago,and make New Earth their home. So you see Humanity was not destroyed, and from here we will hit them back, make them pay for the billions they slaughtered on Earth."
