Description
This was the view from my apartment when I lived in Narvik. It was great view but the only problem was that it could be a view almost like this at midnight in summer. In the winter you can not see the sun for months. Because of the mountains around the town it takes even longer before the sun is seen after a winter than it otherwise could have.
Even if the view was great (well when it was nice weather which was not too often) I am glad I do not live there anymore.

Yes, it is a beautiful view but I could not enjoy the lack of sunshine there. Minimal sun in Minnesota is hard enough for the 4 months we deal with it! Thanks for this image, midnight or not.

And a nice view it is...agree with Odie..being in California it would be hard to adjust to a harsh winter climate....
