I accidentally forgot to post this here... Ooops...
I recently switched from using Bryce to render stuff, to Kerkythea. This was the result of my 2nd attempt at rendering this using GI.
The model is well over 1,000,000 polys, and rendered in 14 minutes.
Wings3D+Kerkythea+Paint Shop Pro. ;)

Really great render. The rub I find now I have a better renderer for wings that also is a bit obscure you can't get people to view my creations. Enjoyed following progress on this at Sci Fi meshes.
