Hello !
My name is Helle. I live in Denmark on the Island, Zealand. I have a husband and two sons and three grandchildren, so I am a happy person.
I like many kinds of art and I try to limit myself, but I dont succeed very well. I love my PSP9 and I think I use it every day. I like to draw, paint and experiment on canvas or paper and I wish I had time do it every day. My biggest wish is, that there would be 48 hours instead of the poor 24 a day. I just dont think it will ever happen ;)
A fantastic new world opened for me, when I was Introduced to Renderosity for the first time. I am very grateful to be a part if this site.

Helle, this has all the charm of your drawings, the simplicity that makes even the most complex designs feel intimate. (That's something you do in your pencil work, especially. Your fans resonate with that.) And I love the simple techniques of lines against the wall, the simple thickening to get denser shadow, etc. And your detailing on the ball is just enough to communicate the design, and it's charming. But even more than that is the way you lightened the pencil lines around the reflections, so when the reflections started, they were natural. It really looks like it's shining. That you got such sheen with a mechanical pencil is just wonderful to me. (And the shadow of the ball is done so gently--I love the cross hatch & how it intensifies under the ball.) Beautiful work. I will learn from this. I'm getting a mechanical pencil in Florida, and if I have time, I will draw. Let's see if I can lessen my heavy shading a bit & get something more delicate like this.
