Description

No work of art this time, just a cheap and easy way to get out the word that I now have 14 Bryce 5 object freebies uploaded. You can download them either here at DAZ Bryce Freepository: http://forum.daz3d.com/viewtopic.php?p=819341#819341 or at 3dcommune.com: http://www.3dcommune.com/3d/free.mv?Bryce_Free_Stuff+only+6+AiMpx7BDQ+0+ These are PC files and not Mac files, but because I compressed them as .zip file with Stuffit you may download a file that says it is a .sit file. It is not. WinZip, ZipGenius, and WinRar all did a perfectly good job of unzipping the file into its orginial Bryce 5 .obj file. I suspect any halfway decent ZIP program will do the same. Not to mention Stuffit, if you have it. Sorry Mac users, they won't work for you, even if they do say .sit. I have wanted to give back for all the nice stuff I've received from others. Enjoy them; and do let me know what you did with them. I would love to see it. Jeremy

I should make some of the meshes (3ds) I have made, available for download. Y'know, I owned Bryce way back at Version 2. I bought it in 1998 for $399.00. Daz makes it real attractive (and affordable) now. Actually, Vue has an enrty package for $99.00 (or even less) and its the best 3d environment creator there is! But your offer, models for free, Now that's a great bargain!

Courious ... to extract wouldn't a file name need to be chamged to .zip instead of .exe? Oh well. Shrug. I found that RAR extracted the .sit file without needing to change extension name. thanks for the fish ... D

True RETIRED, I did some further checking and found that WinZip, ZipGenius, and WinRar all did a perfectly good job of unzipping the file into its orginial Bryce 5 .obj file. I suspect any halfway decent ZIP program will do the same. Not to mention Stuffit, if you have it.
