I couldn't understand my fascination with a rather average picture of a white hirch until I realized that on one side of the birch it looked like winter and on the other side it looked liked autumn. So i played with that idea in Photoshop.

What an absolutely fantastic idea!!! This is wildly creative! I love the concept. I happen to love Birch in every stage of growth. It appears as if winter was eerily creeping along rather than a bluster at one time. Almost as if the Ole North Wind was blowing in a particular direction. Either that or the Ice Queen was in a really bad mood!! LOL! Thank you for sharing...Michelle :)
