Very realistic, especially the atmosphere and textures. The only detraction is what looks like might be some ray-trace artifacts in the reflection, the notorious black splotches of soft ray-traced shadows.

This is a great render. The POV is interesting, detail in the towels and scene are convincing, and the lighting is very cool - I think the artifacts on the mirror make it look unevenly fogged, and it just adds to the effect. Very nice!
