Happy Easter to everyone! Just a photo I wanted to share with you that I found while going through my photos. I just love the yellow around the eye & how black the eye is... This is just fabulous. How did you get this close? That is one heck of a zoom lens! I'm amazed at the blush tones of the its bill. The expression of this bird is just great.

He looks shy :) I love how you crop some of your pictures .. it's special. You know, I was hoping the flock (?) of Pelicans I saw last year would come back, because I never had the chance to take any pictures of them! So far, I haven't seen any .. :( Meanwhile, I enjoy yours ...
